A family business founded in 2019 by Jim Espinoza, our green chili is crafted using a cherished secret family recipe passed down from his mother, Teresa Espinoza. Jim’s passion for authentic, homegrown flavors led him to bottle this beloved family recipe, ensuring its rich heritage lives on.


Today, his wife and sons proudly continue his legacy, sharing the bold, authentic taste of La Via Great Green Chili with chili lovers everywhere.
